It is initmated to vehicle owners that Excise & Taxation Department is issuing smart card for already Islamabad registered vehicles. Therefore,
All owners of Islamabad registered vehicles may contact Excise & Taxation Department, Islamabad for issuance of smart card in replacement of existing Registration Certificate of vehicle.
Conditions for Issuance of Smart Card as mentioned below:
- The vehicle must be registered in Islamabad as well as the name of applicant.
- Original Registeration Book, photocopy CNIC and Biometric of owner will be submitted along with application.
- Smart Card Fee : Rs. 1460/-.
